With nearly 16 years of experience in Special Education, Elizabeth Clark currently serves as an Education Specialist in Utah. In this capacity, she offers direct instructional and consultative support to homeschool families whose students have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from New Jersey City University. After working in social services, she returned to pursue a Master's in the Arts of Teaching, specializing in Special Education and Early Childhood Development P-3. She then joined the North Plainfield Board of Education as a teacher before obtaining a Master's in Education with certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired from The College of New Jersey.

During her tenure, Elizabeth spearheaded a Fire Prevention Program for the Blind with the Perth Amboy Fire Department, advocating for statewide fire safety initiatives. Her dedication to the visually impaired community led her to roles at St. Joseph’s School for the Blind and First Children's Services in New Jersey.

Continuing her education, Elizabeth completed an Ed.S program at Seton Hall University, transitioning into school administration. She has since served as a special education supervisor, private school supervisor, charter high school administrator, and currently operates Unique Learners, LLC, offering specialized education consultancy.

Elizabeth's educational philosophy centers on individualism, emphasizing the holistic development of each child over mere diagnosis. Her doctoral research at Seton Hall University explores the efficacy of individualized programming and remote learning for special needs students.

Driven by her advocacy for students and families, Elizabeth is committed to discovering innovative educational approaches. She holds certifications for educational instruction in both Utah and New Jersey.
